Clown Spottings

With a clown epidemic spreading across America seen in states such as Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Ohio new spottings have been seen in East Tennessee. There has been several spottings in West Knoxville, Kingston, Rockwood, and Harriman. A clown was spotted earlier tonight 9/19/16 near Kingston park. There has also been spottings in the Walnut Hill area in Harriman. There has even been threats to schools in West Knoxville that has caused schools to go on lock down. It has also been reported clowns have been hiding in woods, seen walking up the road, and even in people's yards. Hoax or not, it's being taken seriously.
